 General Conditions

Acceptance of the client: THE CLIENT declares to know and to accept the general conditions of CACTUS TOURS, C.A. Under the following terms:

1. Note of acceptance by email or fax.

2. The payment of the contracted services before the beginning the trip by any form or modality.

Inside of the Venezuelan territory:                                                                          

BANCO BANESCO: Current account Nº 0134 0023 73 0233073180 to name of CACTUS TOURS, C.A.

From another country: A banking transference trough the: CHASSE MANHATHAN BANK, account 0011909868. ABA 021000021 in favour of BANESCO BANCO UNIVERSAL, client CACTUS TOURS, C.A., current account 0134 0023 73 0233073180

Reservations: For the confirmation of any reserve you must make a minimum deposit of 30% of the total price of the contracted services. The rest of the payment must take place on the following way:

National market: all the services must be paid in their totality 15 days before the trip in high season and 7 days before the trip in low season;

International market: all the services must be paid 15 days before initiating the trip during any season. In order to carry out the banking transference from another country it is necessary to take in count that the process lasts minimum 5 workable days.

CACTUS TOURS, C.A. it will not be responsible by reservations annulled by delay of payment.

Expenses of reservation: All cancellation of reservations already invoiced will generate in automatic form, and without exception a position by concept of administrative management of a 10% of the amount of the contracted service, in addition to the positions that correspond according to detailed in the paragraph of cancellations and the penalties and/or the expenses demanded by the supplier.

Cancellations and penalties: The cancellations will be accepted in the case that the CLIENT communicates in writing to CACTUS TOURS, C.A
For the terrestrial services the expenses of cancellation, are the followings:
All request of cancellation outside the free dates of penalty 1 night of hotel.
1) During the high season: less than 14 days before the arrival of the passengers the penalty will be the totality of the value of the lodging or package, the 100%.
2) During the low season: less than 7 days before the arrival of the passengers the penalty will be the totality of the value of the lodging or package, the100%.
 

REIMBURSEMENTS: All request of reimbursement will have to make it the  CLIENT through CACTUS TOURS, C.A. in a no greater term of 30 days later to       the conclusion of the contracted services. There will no be reimbursements by services non-use voluntarily by the CLIENT.

CANCELLATIONS: All cancellation by decision or counts of the CLIENT will have to be notified by via fax or e mail more quickly as possible and to assume the administrative expenses that this cancellation generates to our company and/or sub contracted services.

Documentation: the CLIENT is the only person in responsible of having all the documentation in rule for the trip: passport, required visas. Not to fulfill these requirements by part of the CLIENT, will cause the lost for him of the right to any reimbursement and to undergo the consequences of its omission, also when the authorities of any country, refuse to allow the entrance to the CLIENT.

Interrupted trip: All trips interrupted or cancelled and not completed by decision of the passenger, whatever it is the reason, will have to be assumed by him himself, so that CACTUS TOURS, C.A. will not be forced to do a reimbursement of money.

CHANGES OF ITINERARIES AND HOTELS: CACTUS TOURS, C.A. reserves the right to modify the itinerary, the hotels (by others of similar category and comfort) for reasons of greater force (struck, climatologic phenomena, terrorist acts, and unexpected political events), or for insecurity cases.

RESPONSIBILITIES: CACTUS TOURS, C.A., is a Tour Operator, that’s means that do the services directly but in some tours or excursion is an Intermediary between the client and others tour operators, in case of any damage, wound, accident, delay, or irregularities that could happen during the execution of the services to the people who carry out the trip by their mediation, as well as damaged or loose of  the luggage and other objects of their property by the bad natural atmospheric conditions, by manifestations, tumults wars or military rumours or by any act of greater force will not be imputable to anyone of the parts.
The CLIENT travels in any means of aerial, fluvial, terrestrial or marine transport, agrees upon being put under the laws of the country specifically in which the referred aerial transport is registered the CLIENT agrees to be put under printed the general conditions of hiring in the ticket of the air line, therefore CACTUS TOURS, C.A. is not responsible.
